Back waxing is a hair removal technique that involves applying hot wax to the back and then removing it, along with hair. It covers the full-back from shoulder to shoulder, down to the waistline and as high up as the neckline. The service leaves the back smooth and hairless without the chance of cuts from a razor blade.

How long does back waxing take?

Back waxing typically takes 30-45 minutes.

Does back waxing hurt?

Back waxing can cause some discomfort, but the level of pain varies from person to person. It's one of the most popular men's waxing services we do. More sensitive clients do take an ibuprofen or an Advil prior to the appointment to minimize the pain.

How often should I get back waxing?

It depends on hair growth and personal preferences. Some men choose to get waxed every 4-6 weeks, while others may go longer between appointments.

Is there any aftercare required after a back waxing?

It's recommended to avoid strenuous activities, sweating or swimming and saunas after a back wax for at least 24-48 hours to minimize the risk of skin irritation or infection since your pores will be open after the service.

What should I do before my back waxing appointment?

It is recommended to shower and exfoliate the back area before a back waxing appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs.

How long do the results from a back waxing last?

The smooth, hairless results from a back waxing can last up to 6 weeks with hair growing back in thinner. With repeated waxing, the hair continues to grow back in thinner and thinner with results lasting far longer than shaving and trimming.
